Emerge Leader is a foundational programme for emerging leaders or inexperienced leaders new in role, with little or no previous development.
A virtual programme, combining 4 x ½-day modules, pre-work, inter-module action learning and coaching support, digital resources and a ½-day celebration of success event and access to Linac’s knowledge den.
EVOLVE LEADER PROGRAMME
6.5 days, including facilitation, personality profiling, action learning, coaching, digital resources and a celebration of success event
Evolve Leader is a more in-depth and programme for more established first line leaders with some experience in role. Programmes bring about significant change and results, normally over a 6 month time span.
A virtual programme, combining 10 x ½-day modules, pre-work, inter-module action learning and coaching support, digital resources and a ½-day celebration of success event and access to Linac’s knowledge den.
