READY-TO-GO WORKSHOPS

Our ready-to-go virtual workshops are delivered internally to companies. They range from 120 minutes, to ½ day, to a full day. All time zones are covered, and
delivery is anytime and anywhere, helping to connect people across the miles and making them feel part of a wider cohesive virtual team.


Workshops are live, collaborative, highly engaging and fun, and underpinned by
latest neuroscience, psychology, physiology and accelerated learning principles. The focus is on the immediate practical application of the learning.

This 2-day workshop covers the basics of best practice first-line leadership. FIRST TIME LEADER FUNDAMENTALS

Participants complete and analyse a productivity log and healthy living questionnaire, and commit to changes that will boost personal productivity and achieve greater balance. Adjustments are made to better achieve objectives and add value, whilst juggling often competing and sometimes conflicting demands on their time.

BOOSTING PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY
