We boost emotional intelligence and self-awareness using powerful learning vehicles such as equine assisted learning. The complexity and challenge of each team based experience increases through the programme. This binds the young people together and over the course of the programme they develop deep trust in each other, understand how team dynamics play out and how they can work together as a team to perform.
